Reetro (reetro.io) and Retro Rabbit both price retrospectives per team. Reetro, built in Copenhagen, has a free plan, a Pro plan at $10 per team per month and a Pro Unlimited plan at $49 a month, with AI features that its own help center marks as beta.

Retro Rabbit is built for retros that lead to change. The team adds notes during the sprint, CarrotIQ groups and summarises them and suggests action items, and unfinished action items come back in the next retro until someone closes them. You pay one flat price per team, with unlimited users.

This page sets out Reetro pricing as listed on October 23, 2026, Retro Rabbit's prices, and what Retro Rabbit does in a sprint, so you can decide whether it's worth a sprint-long trial.

Retro Rabbit vs Reetro at a glance

  • Pricing. Reetro Pro is $10 per team per month, and Pro Unlimited is listed as $49 a month. Retro Rabbit is $30 (Starter) or $40 (Pro AI) per team per month, with unlimited users and unlimited retros on both plans.
  • AI you can try first. CarrotIQ groups related notes automatically, writes summaries and suggests action items. It's on Pro AI and included in the 14-day trial, with no credit card. Reetro's free plan has no AI features, and its help center marks its AI as beta.
  • Notes all sprint. Retro Rabbit's board stays open the whole sprint, so the retro starts from notes written when things happened.
  • Follow-through on every board. Current Retro, Previous Retro and Old/Unresolved tabs keep open action items in front of the team.
  • No member caps. Every Retro Rabbit plan has unlimited users per team. Reetro lists 9 members per team on Free and 60 on Pro.

Reetro pricing vs Retro Rabbit

Reetro's prices are in US dollars. Here they are as listed on its homepage, pricing page and help center:

Reetro planMonthlyYearlyMain limits and inclusions
Free$0, "free forever"$03 teams; 9 members per team (the tenth person joins read-only); 10 active boards; 1 health check a month; no AI features
Pro$10 per team$100 per team60 members per team; "Limited AI features"
Pro Unlimited$49$490"All AI features"; priority support

Pro Unlimited is listed as $49 a month or $490 a year. Reetro's homepage calls it "One fixed price, for your whole organization" with "No per team pricing", and its help FAQ says it covers "your whole organisation". The plan card on its pricing page is labelled "per team". If Pro Unlimited is on your shortlist, confirm the unit with Reetro before you budget.

Retro Rabbit's prices:

Retro Rabbit planPriceWhat's included
Starter$30 per team per monthUnlimited users and retros, notes all sprint, action-item tabs, Slack integration, web dashboard, export, email support
Pro AI$40 per team per monthEverything in Starter, plus CarrotIQ: automatic grouping, retro summaries and suggested action items
EnterpriseCustomEverything in Pro AI, plus optional team training and a dedicated account manager

A "team" in Retro Rabbit is one Team Room, the team's retro space. The price is the same whether that room has 5 people or 25, and every plan includes unlimited retros. The 14-day trial includes CarrotIQ and needs no credit card. Annual billing and invoices are available on request.

What the per-team price pays for is the whole loop: a board that collects notes all sprint, a live review with a timer and voting, CarrotIQ on Pro AI, and action items that stay on the board until they're done.

AI features: CarrotIQ vs Reetro

CarrotIQ is Retro Rabbit's AI. It's on Pro AI and Enterprise, and included in the 14-day trial:

  • Automatic grouping. CarrotIQ groups related notes and names each group in a few words. You can still drag a note into another group or rename a group, and CarrotIQ keeps the name you chose.
  • Summaries. A short summary for each column plus an overall summary of the sprint, saved in the Team Room's sprint list.
  • Suggested action items. "CarrotIQ Suggest" proposes an action item from the retro's notes, weighted by votes, and skips actions you've already created.

Reetro. Its help center lists an AI meeting summary, AI-driven auto grouping and AI-powered action items, and marks them as beta. The free plan has no AI features, Pro has "Limited AI features" and Pro Unlimited has "All AI features".

With Retro Rabbit, the trial includes all three CarrotIQ features, so the AI you test is the AI you'd pay for on Pro AI.

How a sprint works in Retro Rabbit

  1. Add notes as things happen. Each team has a Team Room whose board stays open all sprint. Add a note on the board, from Quick Notes on the dashboard, or, if your team uses Slack, with /retro followed by the note. Anyone can switch off "Show Name" to post notes without their name shown.
  2. CarrotIQ sorts the notes. Related notes are grouped and each group gets a short name, so the board is readable before anyone joins the meeting.
  3. Run the review. Start the retro when the sprint ends. Everyone sees the same board live, with who's connected. Set a timer and vote: one vote per note, or dot voting with a maximum per person, chosen per Team Room.
  4. Summarise and decide. CarrotIQ writes a summary for each column and for the sprint. Use "CarrotIQ Suggest" for a draft action item weighted by votes, edit it, and assign an owner.
  5. Start the next retro where you left off. The Previous Retro and Old/Unresolved tabs show what's still open, so the team closes or keeps old items before adding new ones. Each sprint's summary stays in the Team Room's sprint list, and you can export the notes to CSV or XLSX and the board to PDF.

Why teams switch to Retro Rabbit

  • Notes all sprint, not just in the meeting. The board is open the whole sprint, and Quick Notes drop a note into any Team Room from the dashboard. The retro starts from what people wrote at the time, not what they remember on the day.
  • CarrotIQ, all of it, from day one. Automatic grouping, summaries and suggested action items are all on Pro AI and all in the 14-day trial. Reetro's free plan has no AI, and its Pro plan lists "Limited AI features".
  • Action items on the board you're discussing. Every board has Current Retro, Previous Retro and Old/Unresolved tabs. Each item has an owner, and in Slack workspaces you can send the owner a reminder.
  • One price per team, no member caps. $30 or $40 per Team Room, with unlimited users on every plan. Reetro lists 9 members per team on Free and 60 on Pro.
  • A live board when you meet. Real-time updates, drag-and-drop grouping, a timer from 30 seconds to an hour, and one vote per note or dot voting.
  • Notes without your name shown. A per-person setting lets anyone post notes that display as "Anonymous".
  • Five formats ready to use. What went well, Start/Stop/Continue, Sailboat, Mad/Sad/Glad and 4Ls are built in, and you can rename up to five columns per Team Room.
  • Slack, if you use it. It's optional, but teams on Slack can add notes with /retro, get reminders to add notes and start the review with /retro start.

Switching from Reetro to Retro Rabbit

  1. Export before you downgrade. From a board's share icon, export XLSX, CSV, DOCX, PDF or TXT, for the whole board or only the action items. Cancelling a paid Reetro plan drops you to Free, and Reetro's FAQ advises exporting first because content above the free limits becomes inaccessible. Keep the files as your archive.
  2. Create one Team Room per Reetro team. Retro Rabbit prices per team, like Reetro Pro. Invite people by email or share the team's join link, which stays valid for 30 days.
  3. Map your columns. Went Well / To Improve maps onto What went well, and Start, Stop, Continue and Mad/Sad/Glad are built in. Rename columns for anything else.
  4. Bring over open action items only. Re-create the unfinished items from Reetro's Action Tracker, with owners, in your first retro. From then on they appear in the Previous Retro and Old/Unresolved tabs.
  5. Start the trial at the start of a sprint. Fourteen days covers one sprint of notes and one retro. Let notes build up, let CarrotIQ group and summarise them, vote, and agree on one or two action items.

The bottom line

Retro Rabbit is built for one outcome: retros that lead to change. Notes come in all sprint, CarrotIQ groups and summarises them and suggests action items, and those action items come back every retro until they're done, for one price per team with unlimited users. Try it with one team for a sprint. See plans and start a 14-day trial (no credit card needed).

Frequently asked questions

How much does Reetro cost?

Reetro's free plan covers 3 teams of up to 9 members, 10 active boards and one health check a month, with no AI features. Pro is $10 per team per month or $100 per team per year. Pro Unlimited is listed as $49 a month or $490 a year; Reetro's homepage and FAQ describe it as one price for the whole organisation, while the plan card on its pricing page is labelled 'per team'.

Does Reetro's free plan include AI?

No. Reetro lists 'No AI features' on its free plan, and its FAQ says AI features are Pro features. Retro Rabbit includes CarrotIQ in its 14-day trial, with no credit card needed.

What does Retro Rabbit's price include?

Starter is $30 per team per month with unlimited users, unlimited retros, the Slack integration and export. Pro AI is $40 per team per month and adds CarrotIQ: automatic grouping, retro summaries and suggested action items. Adding people to a team doesn't change the price.

How does CarrotIQ compare with Reetro's AI?

Reetro's help center lists an AI meeting summary, AI-driven auto grouping and AI-powered action items, marked beta; Pro has 'Limited AI features' and Pro Unlimited has all of them. CarrotIQ groups related notes automatically and names each group, writes a summary per column and for the sprint, and suggests action items weighted by votes, all on Pro AI and in the trial.

Can my team add retro notes during the sprint?

Yes. In Retro Rabbit the board is open all sprint, Quick Notes on the dashboard add a note to any Team Room, and teams on Slack can use /retro. When the sprint ends, you start the review with the notes already there.

What happens to unfinished action items in Retro Rabbit?

Every board has Current Retro, Previous Retro and Old/Unresolved tabs, so last retro's open items and older ones show up in the next retro. Each action item has an owner and stays open until someone marks it complete.

How do I move from Reetro to Retro Rabbit?

Export each board from Reetro's share icon (XLSX, CSV, DOCX, PDF or TXT) before you downgrade, create one Team Room per Reetro team, and re-create open action items with their owners in your first retro. Start the 14-day trial at the start of a sprint.
